Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (Queen St.)

Planning/schematic design of three new buildings totalling 450,000 sq ft to expand and redevelop the existing Queen St complex. The redevelopment included new streets, sidewalks, and three new CAMH facilities, consisting of the seven-storey Gateway Building, the six-storey Intergenerational Wellness Centre, and the eight-storey Utilities and Parking Building. Buildings included healthcare and associated functional spaces.

 

Budget: $180,000,000

Role/Responsibility:

 

Lobo developed the Security requirements of the Planning/Schematic Design Documents. Services included the development of security output specifications and security design guidelines.
