Design and construction of 18 OPP facilities, including detachments, Forensic Investigative Units (FIU), Police Command Centre (PCC), and Regional Command Centres (RCC). The facilities were built at the same time.

The Forensic Investigative Units were located in: Mount Forest, South Porcupine, Peterborough, Long Sault, Chatham-Kent, Kenora, Smiths Falls, and North Bay.

The Detachments were located in: Walkerton, Kapuskasing, Iroquois Falls, Armstrong, Nipigon, Burk’s Falls, and Dryden.

The Regional Command Centre was located in: Smiths Falls, North Bay, and Orillia.

Role/Responsibility:

 

Lobo was responsible to develop the Security System and Voice-Data System requirements for each facility. Services included: System layouts, output specifications, and room data sheets for each facility.
